One Log Equipment Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions for One Log Equipment are an agreement between you and One Log Equipment Inc. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions governing your subscription to and use of the various Premium Services offered by One Log Equipment.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OR SUBSCRIBING TO ANY PREMIUM SERVICES.

1. Services and Plans

1.1 One Log Equipment offers several subscription-based services. The Premium Services are for your own professional use. You may not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise charge for these services or any information derived from them without written permission from One Log Equipment. You may not use the Services to provide outsourcing, service bureau, or similar services to third parties.
1.2 The term of your subscription starts when you first sign up for the Service.
1.3 If you select automatic renewal, your subscription will automatically renew until you terminate it as provided in these Terms. Unless One Log Equipment notifies you otherwise, the duration of each renewal term will be the same as the original term.
1.4 The subscription-based services may be provided by affiliates or third-party service providers. You acknowledge that these entities are entitled to provide the Premium Services to you.
1.5 Your use of subscription services with tracking or equipment reporting features must comply with applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for ensuring compliance, including obtaining necessary consents where required.
1.6 If you are under the age of majority in your local jurisdiction, you must have the permission of a parent or guardian to agree to these Terms and use the Premium Services.

2. Cancellation

2.1 To cancel your subscription, you must submit a request to support@onelogequipment.com. Your request must include your One Log Equipment username, the email associated with your account, and the billing address used for your subscription. Failure to provide complete information may delay the cancellation process.
2.2 If One Log Equipment makes material changes to these Terms or Premium Services that adversely impact your use, you may cancel your subscription and receive a prorated refund. To cancel under these circumstances, you must submit a request as described in Section 2.1, specifying the material change affecting your subscription.
2.3 If you breach these Terms or act in a way that clearly shows non-compliance, One Log Equipment may terminate your subscription without notice or liability (except where prior notice is required by applicable law). One Log Equipment may also terminate services if required by regulatory authorities or legal obligations.
2.4 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, if you cancel a subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current term. You must cease using our services once your cancellation takes effect.

3. Fees and Payment

3.1 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all fees for services must be paid in advance. Subscription payments are non-refundable, and unused services may not be transferred to a third-party account.
3.2 Subject to applicable law, late payments may incur a fee of either 1.5% per month or the maximum legal rate, whichever is lower. One Log Equipment may suspend your services for non-payment and charge a reactivation fee.
3.3 Published service prices do not include applicable taxes, fees, or surcharges, which may be added to your final bill.
3.4 Any promotional pricing is governed by separate terms. In case of a conflict, the promotion’s terms will apply. By using a promotion code, you certify eligibility and agree to provide valid payment information.

4. Payment Method and Collection

4.1 Use of Premium Services requires a valid payment method (e.g., credit card or third-party payment account). By authorizing One Log Equipment to charge your payment method, you agree to automatic renewals unless canceled.
4.2If your payment method fails, One Log Equipment will notify you. If the issue persists after 30 days, your subscription will be terminated.
4.3 Subscription termination due to non-payment does not relieve you of outstanding fees. Reactivation requires full payment of applicable charges.
4.4 You agree to pay all collection costs, including attorney and legal fees, if required to recover unpaid amounts.

5. Account Use and Content

5.1 Using our Services requires an account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Unauthorized use of another person's account, identity, or credentials is prohibited. Notify security@onelogequipment.com of any unauthorized use.
5.2 You are responsible for any content you create, transmit, or display using our services. By doing so, you grant One Log Equipment a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, and distribute such content as necessary for service provision.
5.3Your use of any One Log Equipment website is governed by its respective terms of use. Any downloadable software is subject to its end-user license agreement.
5.4The Premium Services may include third-party applications. One Log Equipment is not responsible for third-party content, functionality, or privacy practices.

6. Liability

6.1One Log Equipment makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Services. Any use of the Services is at your own risk.
6.2To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Log Equipment does not guarantee error-free operation or that services are free of harmful components.
6.3Subscription services are provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
6.4One Log Equipment does not guarantee the accuracy of stored data. You are responsible for verifying any critical information.

7.Disclaimer of Damages

7.1 One Log Equipment and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from service use, even if advised of potential damages.
7.2 In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Indemnification

8.1You agree to indemnify and hold harmless One Log Equipment and its affiliates against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from unauthorized use of the Services.

9. Governing Law

9.1 All legal matters related to the Services will be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
9.2The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.

10. General

10.1 Using the Services outside the United States is at your own risk. You must comply with all applicable local laws.
10.2These Terms, along with any website terms of use, constitute the entire agreement between you and One Log Equipment.
10.3 Failure to enforce any provision does not waive One Log Equipment’s right to enforce it later. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms remain valid.
10.4You may not assign these Terms without One Log Equipment’s consent. However, One Log Equipment may assign them without restriction.
